Only a few days remain until the most important international platform for all technologies related to industrial transformation – the Hannover Messe. We will be showcasing our wide range of linear axes and linear axis systems, as well as other motion technology, in Hannover on a stand covering more than 600 square meters in Hall 7.

To marvel: weighing 1.25 tons, 6 meters in length and over 2 meters high – we are presenting our heavy-duty axles in a new, impressive model. Various drive types, including a rack and pinion drive and the closed aluminum profile specially designed for the bridge axes, can be examined in detail on the model, which weighs several tons. With a payload of up to 350 kg and 10 times the torsional stiffness of our HIWIN table axes, the linear axes can be used to move the highest loads, even over long distances, without the need for supports. “The model demonstrates the rigidity of our axes very well, because they are mounted here without support over a length of more than 4 meters,” says HIWIN Managing Director Werner Mäurer about the new model at the Hannover Messe. Whether it's for the fast handling and accurate positioning of large automotive components or for the dynamic and repeatable assembly of battery modules – our heavy-duty axes can be used to realize numerous heavy-duty applications.
