Our miniature linear guideways from the MG series provide support for the automated handling and precise positioning of sample carriers.
The compact linear guideways are integrated in the X- and Y-axis of the scanner table and allow for quick and precise grid scanner recordings. Because they are very smooth running, they ensure an exact and reproducible operation with process and repetition accuracies of less than 1 µm and step widths in the range of up to 0.05 µm.
