Our drive components set new standards in a servo press for the production of stamped and bent parts. The pressing force is generated by heavy-duty ballscrews driven by maintenance-free torque motors. Our heavy-duty crossed roller bearings are used to support and absorb the press forces. The hollow shaft rotors of the torque motors are screwed directly to the nut of the ballscrew drive, creating a powerful and compact yet high-performance drive train. The clear advantage compared to classic presses with purely mechanical, hydraulic or pneumohydraulic drives: Power and speed can be controlled separately and with high precision throughout the entire press cycle. Achieve the maximum in quality and throughput – we have the optimum power and speed at all times for new standards in pressing technology.
