Due to its single-axis design with four independent travel blocks, it has been possible to significantly reduce the costs for placement machines. Previously, it had been designed with four single axes. Distances are measured by a cost-effective incremental positioning measuring system that is integrated into the linear guideway. The stainless steel cover protects the axis from becoming soiled.
