Linear axes

Configure your customised linear axis, double axis or customised multi-axis system directly in our online configurator. With just a few clicks, you can customise the product to your specific requirements and select the design, drive type, stroke and numerous options such as slide length, limit switch or dust protection. A CAD model is available for download immediately after configuration and you can order your configured product directly.

HIWIN double axes HD are positioning modules with two belt axes from the HM-B series, which are connected to each other via a synchronising shaft. The stroke and the distance between the two axes can be freely selected in millimetre steps. HIWIN double axes are particularly suitable for applications where a wide mounting surface, an additional slide for support in the Y direction or as a basis for linear axis systems is required.

HIWIN linear axes with toothed belt drive enable high travel speeds and long travel distances. Thanks to a freely selectable stroke in millimetre steps and a wide range of options (such as a steel cover strip, limit switch, distance measuring system and additional slides in various sizes), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

HIWIN linear axes with ballscrews are particularly suitable for applications with increased accuracy requirements. Thanks to a freely selectable stroke in millimetre steps and a wide range of options, the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

HIWIN linear axes with rack and pinion drive enable high positioning accuracy with very smooth running, high efficiency and maximum power density. The integrated lubrication pinions ensure that the rack and pinion drive is supplied with grease. Thanks to a freely selectable stroke in millimetre steps and a wide range of options (such as limit switches and distance measuring systems), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

HIWIN linear axes with linear motor drive are particularly suitable for applications with the highest requirements in terms of dynamic response, accuracy and synchronisation, while at the same time requiring minimal maintenance effort. Thanks to a freely selectable stroke in millimetre steps and a wide range of options (e.g. steel cover strip, limit switch, distance measuring system and additional slides in various sizes), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements.

If the reach of a cobot is not sufficient for an application, the HT aluminium linear tables and the smart lightweight robots complement each other perfectly, both visually and technologically, to form a 7th axis system. Thanks to a freely selectable stroke in millimetre steps and a wide range of options (e.g. different drive types, steel cover strip, limit switch, energy chain), the axes can be individually adapted to the respective application requirements. The robot axes are available for various robot makes and are supplied directly with a suitable adapter for the robot.
