Flange nuts are the most commonly used nuts in ballscrews. They are easy to mount over the flange and take up little space outside the application. The flange includes a grease nipple which can be used to lubricate the ballscrew using a grease gun or a central lubrication system.

Flange single nut FSCDIN/FSIDIN

Single nuts with rolled shafts are used for simple transport tasks. They are designed with axial play as standard.
Flange single nut DEB-x

HIWIN DEB-x flanged single nuts with peeled shaft are particularly suitable for transport and positioning tasks. They are typically equipped with a cassette recirculation system and come with axial backlash as standard, but can also be preloaded with up to 5% of the basic dynamic load rating if required. Thanks to the variable wiper concept of the DEB-x nuts, different wipers are available depending on the nut size.
Flange single nut DEB

HIWIN DEB flanged single nuts with peeled shaft are particularly suitable for transport and positioning tasks. They are typically equipped with an internal single recirculation system and come with axial backlash as standard, but can also be preloaded with up to 5% of the basic dynamic load rating if required.
Flange double nut DDB-x

Peeled ball screws with HIWIN DDB-x flanged double nuts are particularly suitable for transport and positioning tasks where a high preload is required to eliminate axial play. Thanks to the variable wiper concept, you can choose between different wipers for your DDB-x nut, depending on the nut size. The DDB-x nuts are typically equipped with a cassette recirculation system.
Flange double nut DDB

Ballscrews with HIWIN DDB flanged double nuts are particularly suitable for transport and positioning tasks where a high preload is required to eliminate axial play. DDB nuts are typically equipped with an internal single recirculation system.
