Our precision axes with the highest mechanical running accuracy are particularly suitable for applications in the semiconductor, medical and measurement technology ranges. The linear axes with high-resolution position measuring systems are available in different series and with a wide range of options.

Precision axes LMX

Precision axes from the LMX series can be individualised to a high degree and thus adapted to customer-specific movement tasks. They fulfil the highest precision requirements by integrating the guide system and linear motor into a solid, ground precision continuous cast profile. Thanks to high-resolution position measuring systems, repeat accuracies of ±0.05 um are achieved. Prefabricated drawings and 3D models are available on the website.
Precision axes LMSSA

Precision axes from the LMSSA series are characterised by the standardisation of available options, such as size, motor type and encoder system. The reduction to the essentials enables fast quotations and short delivery times. All available variants can be conveniently put together in the HIWIN configurator for precision axes. Registered users can also find information on prices, delivery times and CAD models there.

Configure your customised linear axis, double axis or customised multi-axis system directly in our online configurator. With just a few clicks, you can customise the product to your specific requirements and select the design, drive type, stroke and numerous options such as slide length, limit switch or dust protection. A CAD model is available for download immediately after configuration and you can order your configured product directly.
Precision axes KK/KF

The linear axis with ballscrew and steel profile is a compact, flexible positioning module. It is ideal in particular for applications requiring high rolling moments around the axis.
